JUNIOR & SENIOR INFANTSThe Clubhouse caters for all our Junior and Senior Infant children.
Once their homework is complete we have a full range of activities for the children in the afternoon.1st to 6th CLASSIn 2017 we are delighted to announce the opening of our new additional six classroom Homework Club building for 1st to 6th class students.
There is a separate classroom for each year and the building is surrounded by a soft astro surface.
Live tutoring – Available seven days a week, 2-11 p.m.
English and Spanish-speaking tutors are available (Central Standard Time). Electric Library Full-text access to a wide variety of magazines, newspapers, reference books for the Arts, History, Science and more! Gale Virtual Reference Library High-quality specialized encyclopedias and other reference sources available online from the library or remotely 24/7. Issues & Controversies Hot topics in politics, government, business, education, and popular culture are updated weekly, with a 13-year backfile of in-depth articles. World Folklore and Folklife Thousands of folktales are searchable by subject and tale type, region or country and includes influential multi-volume reference works, such as TMango is an online language-learning system that can help you learn by listening to native speakers and engaging in the interactive lessons offered through this user-friendly language instruction tool. We have our own campus of two buildings on the grounds on Terenure College.
Our facilities are state of the art, custom built schools and activity centres.
All students participating in the After-School Homework Club must have a signed Student Consent Form on file.
After a Student Registration form has been submitted and reviewed, the After-School Homework Club Coordinator will provide you with a Student Consent Form to complete and sign.
[For Workshops, call for more information] Various schedules are available at the following library locations: Volunteer coaches will be provided an orientation to Library resources and training on how to ask children the right questions to best support their homework needs.
At each site, Homework Coaches will work alongside the After-school Homework Club Facilitators.
